In order to lead the Oracle application accurately Oracle cloud is helpful as it offers subscription based access (Kerzner 2013). For selecting the most suitable channel for communication certain factors are there those are needed to be analyzed by the management authority. The factors those should be analyzed include the following: Face to face communication Media broadcasting Electronic medium Written letter Video conferences For this project the associate employees belong to different geographical domain thus, in order to meet the project requirement the usage of electronic medium is the most suitable channel for communication. Conclusion From the overall discussion it can be concluded that, the communication plan standards have grown out of the communication choices of different executives, managers and each other employees. For successful completion of project requirement information sharing, event planning, social interaction, project coordination is very much important that has been done with the help of the communication management. If the business serves poor and non functional communication then it would lead to productivity loss. In order to make the employees informed and up to date about the project objectives, goal and requirements the business leaders should develop proper communication plan with ensured information channel.
